Der einarmige Engel

Design Inspirations:

The Einarmige Engel suite reflects themes of restoration and family, inspired by Leonie Ossowski’s Der einarmige Engel (One-armed Angel). Antique oak furniture and silver-framed mirrors nod to history, while modern seating and cozy textiles bring comfort. The warm lounge area ties the space together, complemented by ethereal white tones and a belle époque headboard in the master bedroom—creating a serene retreat for friends and family.

Historical Background:

Der einarmige Engel follows two brothers returning to their family’s castle after the Berlin Wall falls. The suite’s design reflects the themes of family, legacy, and transformation, allowing guests to enjoy a modern "castle" experience with a connection to the past.
