A private castle, just for you
The Palace at Osowa Sień is not a hotel. It is a privately rented castle estate, offered exclusively in its entirety to one group at a time. For the duration of your stay, the castle becomes your home — with no front desk, no public areas, and no other guests.
Friends and family groups are how the Palace is most naturally enjoyed: arriving from different places, settling in together, and living under one roof for a few unhurried days.
The pace: slow, social, lived-in
Most friends & family groups stay four to seven nights, generally falling in the €10,000–€15,000+ range, depending on season and length of stay.
That length allows the house to be used the way it was meant to be used — not rushed, not scheduled to the minute.
Days tend to unfold simply:
long breakfasts and shared cooking in the castle kitchen,
walks through the park and surrounding countryside,
sauna sessions and time in the hot tub,
afternoons with books, music, or quiet work,
evenings around a long table, followed by dancing, listening sessions, or late conversations that run into the night.
The palace suits groups who enjoy being together authentically, rather than being entertained.
Friends & family stays at the castle often bring together people arriving from different places, to spend time together in a way that feels long overdue.
The house works best for groups who enjoy:
The palace comfortably accommodates up to 46 guests across 12 suites and bedrooms. Common spaces — the salons, dining room, ballroom, kitchen, and outdoor areas — adapt easily to your needs, whether that’s dinner and dancing or yoga and meditation.
If you’re looking for a place to arrive, unpack, and truly slow down, you've likely found what you've been looking for.
Stays are self-catered by default. You’re free to:
To make arrival easier, many groups choose our Stock-the-Pantry service, arriving to a thoughtfully prepared kitchen with local produce, staples, and breakfast essentials already in place.
For groups who would like one hosted moment during their stay, we also offer the castle Feast — a single, seasonal, farm-to-table dinner served at long communal tables.

The castle works well for groups who care about sound.
The ballroom and adjoining spaces allow for personal listening setups, vinyl or digital sessions, late-night dancing or informal performances.
Guests may use the in-house PA system, disco ball, and lighting, or bring their own equipment. With thick walls and exclusive use of the house, indoor music can be enjoyed well into the night. An upright piano is also available in the same space.
Guests often begin with time in the Finnish sauna or hot tub, or arrange a quiet group yoga session with our trusted local instructor, Martyna. Massages inspired by local traditions of herbs, wine, and honey can also be arranged on request.
For a change of scenery, nearby lakes such as Lgiń (with swim lanes and a pier) or Lake Sława offer easy excursions for swimming, boating, or simply spending time outdoors. Many guests alternate between time at the house and short outings, letting days unfold without a fixed plan.

Despite its quiet setting, the palace is easy to reach. Guests most often arrive by car, with direct access just off the main highway. For those travelling from further afield, Poznań (POZ) and Wrocław (WRO) airports are both within comfortable driving distance, and private transfers — including charters from Berlin — can be arranged with local drivers.
Train connections to Leszno or Wschowa provide a straightforward alternative, with taxis or private transfers completing the journey. Once here, most guests find there’s little reason to leave.
Friends & family groups often escape for a few days or a full week — to live together, reunite, and celebrate under one castle roof. If that’s what you’re looking for, we’d love to hear from you.
