When a team needs space to pivot, reconnect, and make real decisions, a change of scenery isn’t a luxury — it’s a tool.
At The Palace at Osowa Sien, your team has sole use of the entire estate. No public areas. No outside guests. No parallel groups. Just your people, your agenda, and the freedom to work differently.
The palace is offered on a self-catered basis, with a two-night minimum for shorter stays.
Most business groups choose to stay four to seven nights, using the estate as a remote headquarters surrounded by nature — not just a backdrop for meetings. Longer stays allow teams to move beyond presentations and into deeper thinking, stronger alignment, and decisions that actually stick.
Exclusive-use rental typically falls in the €10,000–€15,000+ range, depending on season and length of stay. Extended stays offer strong value per night — and, more importantly, the time and space teams need to do their best work.
The palace offers 12 spacious suites, some arranged over two floors with multiple sleeping areas, as well as additional bedrooms. All suites feature en-suite bathrooms with both a bathtub and a separate walk-in shower. There are also a couple shared-use guest WCs throughout the castle, along with a dedicated shower by the sauna — all designed for comfort, focus, and ease during longer stays.
Business groups typically opt for single or double occupancy, which works very comfortably for teams of 12–32 people, depending on preferences. Larger groups can also be accommodated when room-sharing is appropriate.
Reliable Wi-Fi, quiet surroundings, and generous shared spaces make it easy to balance focused work, rest, and informal connection throughout the stay.
When you book the palace, it becomes your private headquarters. Every salon, dining room, and outdoor space is yours — allowing confidential conversations, uninterrupted sessions, and a sense of ownership that changes how teams show up.
Spaces flex easily between plenary sessions, roundtables, breakout groups, and informal working lounges.
In addition to larger meeting rooms, the palace offers plenty of quiet corners for reflection, solo work, or stepping away between sessions — something teams rarely get elsewhere.
High-speed Wi-Fi and Bluetooth-enabled, portable AV equipment support presentations, workshops, and hybrid collaboration when needed.
The palace is self-catered by design. Business groups choose it because it functions as a private headquarters — with a proper kitchen — where shared meals can be part of the experience, not a scheduled service.
Some teams cook together as a way to unwind and reconnect. Others bring in sushi, a local pizza team for the evening, or a caterer to handle everything. There’s no fixed format and no expectation — just the freedom to do what fits your group.
For teams who want one standout moment without adding complexity, two optional additions are available:
Stock-the-Pantry — local produce waiting in the kitchen on arrival
Castle Feast — a seasonal, multi-course dinner served in the ballroom
Everything else stays intentionally open
Step outside the castle and explore the countryside. From lakeside picnics in the surroudning countryside to croquet in the palace park—or hot-air ballooning over nearby Leszno—there’s plenty to inspire your team, spark ideas, and strengthen connections.
Clear thinking needs recovery.
Between sessions, teams unwind in the Finnish sauna, or wooden barrel hot tub; stretch in the yoga studio, take forest walks, or book massages inspired by local honey, herbs, and wine. Because time to relax and rejuvenate is non-negotiable — they’re part of what makes the work better.
The palace is easy to reach for international and European teams. Located about one hour from Poznań (POZ) or Wrocław (WRO) airports, and within comfortable driving distance of Berlin and Warsaw.
Private transfers, minibuses, or group taxis can be arranged directly to the estate, making arrival smooth and stress-free.
