Birthday groups typically stay two to four nights, using the time to arrive, celebrate properly, recover together, and do it all again without rushing. Some birthdays are simple, self-catered weekends; others coincide with holidays or peak seasons and become more elaborate gatherings — and everything in between.

Exclusive-use rental most often falls in the €6,000–€12,000+ range, depending on season and length of stay. Many birthday groups choose dates when it’s easiest to gather everyone — often outside peak summer.

No other guests. No overlapping events. No curfews. Just your people, your music, your vibe — and the freedom to celebrate exactly as you want - even if that means dancing until sunrise.

If you’re looking for a one-evening venue or a hotel-style party, this won’t be the right fit — and that’s by design.

A Celebration That Unfolds Over Days, Not Hours

Some birthdays here are full-on — late nights, music spilling through the halls, friends cooking at midnight, playlists that somehow never end.

Others are quieter — long lunches that turn into dinner, candlelit tables in the ballroom, a formally set long table and a seasonal feast served family-style, sauna mornings, slow starts, and conversations that only happen when no one has to rush.

Whatever you choose, the palace sleeps up to 46 overnight guests across 12 distinctive suites and additional bedrooms — with plenty of space to gather, retreat, and truly relax.

While many groups keep everything fully self-organised, others choose to make one evening stand out.

Through us, you can add:

Stock-the-Pantry — arrive to a kitchen filled with local bread, cheeses, produce, and breakfast staples
Castle Feast — a long-table, seasonal dinner served family-style in the ballroom 

You’re also very welcome to bring in external catering — a individually boxed sushi delivery, pizza crew, food truck, or local BBQ team. We’re happy to share recommendations, and the choice remains entirely yours.

We keep options intentional and limited, so the celebration is authentically you.

Cakes & Sweets

Custom birthday cakes, dessert tables, madeline towers, or something sweet and savory is easy to arrange through trusted local bakers — with vegan and gluten-free options a plenty too.

Transport

Getting Here Is Easy

Located just over an hour from Poznań (POZ) or Wrocław (WRO), and a comfortable drive from Berlin (BER), the palace is easy to reach for groups coming from across Poland and abroad.

Many birthday groups arrange a private minibus from the airports or chartered coach door-to-door between major cities like Berlin or Warsaw and the castle — arrive together, settle in, and pour the bubbly.
