A historic palace surrounded by centuries-old trees, tucked away in the Polish countryside — yours entirely for the stay.
No shared spaces. No outside guests. Just you, your friends, family, and the time to celebrate without rushing it.
Couples come here for weddings that feel personal, unhurried, and beautifully grounded. Everything unfolds in one place — from the arrival-night bonfire to the farewell brunch, and of course the big day itself: ceremony, dinner, dancing, and all the magical moments inbetween.
The days just hit differently here. Mornings start easy — coffee in hand, sunlight streaming through tall windows.
Afternoons slow down — a walk through the woods, or simply a bit of me-time. Evenings bring everyone back together — for dinners that turn into long conversations, nights that seem to never end, and moments that only seem to happen here.
The Palace at Osowa Sien isn’t just a venue — it’s a place that feels like home, because it is. When we’re cooking and hosting, you can count on the soft glow of candlelight in the halls, the gentle hum of jazz drifting from the salon, and plush blankets to wrap yourself in — by the fire, under the stars, or curled up inside.
Every space was designed to make guests feel completely at ease. It’s the kind of place where the best moments — spontaneous Polaroids, late-night conversations over a few bites and a bevvy, or an unplanned group dance to that song — just happen.
The days around your wedding matter too. Before or after the big day, unwind in the Finnish sauna, enjoy a therapeutic massage, or start the morning with yoga in the garden.
Don’t over-plan. Give guests space — time to rest, recharge, and really savour being here together. Sometimes it’s those slow afternoons devoted to mimosas, and living life in a bathrobe and sunglasses that make it all the more magical. Because honestly, when else do you get to do that — and with all your favourite people — except here, at home?
In The Palace at Osowa Sien, food, design, and hospitality all tell the same story. From a smoky BBQ and bonfire between the tavern and terrace on arrival night, to long tables set just so for a wedding feast that feels warm and inviting, to the Motown tunes and easy drift of a post-wedding brunch — every detail and ingredient is chosen with care, and every dish prepared with intention.
Our farm-to-table approach isn’t a trend — it’s simply how we live. We grow fruits and vegetables right here, make our own preserves, work with nearby farms, and keep hens on natural feed for fresh eggs. Every menu follows the seasons — even the subtle shifts between them — and reflects your preferences and your guests’ needs.
And if you’d rather self-cater, in full or in part, or bring your own team — that’s perfectly fine too.
We don’t just host weddings here — we build them. Every corner of this place has been shaped by experience: cooking, styling tables, arranging flowers, and fine-tuning how people move and feel within the space. Over the years, we’ve learned what works, what doesn’t, and what turns a schedule into a seamless celebration that feels effortless from start to finish.
Our planning support can be full-service, partial, or on-the-day coordination — whatever suits your needs best. Because we also handle catering and florals in-house, we understand how every detail connects — from how a table looks when dinner begins and food starts flowing, to how candlelight feels as the sun goes down.
And if you’d rather plan most of it yourselves, our blog is full of tips, inspiration, and a look behind the scenes at real weddings celebrated here at The Palace at Osowa Sien.
Most couples exchange vows in the west wing, with its tall windows and soft, warm-white interiors, or outdoors beneath the centuries-old oak by the castle’s grand entrance.
After the ceremony, everything unfolds effortlessly — from the terrace, through the fireplace salon and main hall, and into the east wing ballroom for the wedding feast.
Planning a bar team? They can serve straight from the terrace or use the ballroom’s bar nook — perfect for keeping the celebration flowing from dinner to dancing and into the night.
