Your Wedding

Simply Unforgettable
Imagine...

Your Own Castle in the Heart of Europe — for a Wedding That Unfolds Over Days, Not Hours.

This is how meaningful weddings happen.

When a couple wants to be fully present with the people closest to them — without curfews, rigid timelines, or forced formalities — time together isn’t indulgent. It’s the point.

The palace is reserved as a fully private estate, where you and your guests live together for the stay. No other weddings just before or immediately after yours. No outside guests. Just one place, one group, and the freedom to celebrate at your own pace.

Most couples reserve the estate for three to four nights, allowing time to arrive, settle in, celebrate properly, and leave without rushing.

One-night or partial rentals aren’t offered here by design — everything is meant to breathe.

A historic palace surrounded by centuries-old trees, tucked away in the Polish countryside, offering the space and atmosphere to celebrate this way.

Exclusive-use wedding stays typically fall in the €10,000–€15,000+ range, depending on season and length of stay.

To keep each gathering truly unhurried and private, only a limited number of wedding dates are available each season.

A Place You Live In — Not Just Celebrate In

Weddings here don’t happen around accommodation — they happen within it.

The palace sleeps up to 46 overnight guests across 12 distinctive suites and additional bedrooms, allowing your closest family and friends to stay together throughout the celebration. Some suites span multiple rooms, making them ideal for friends and families.

Beyond the bedrooms, the estate offers generous shared spaces — salons, terrace, balconies, gardens, and quiet corners — so guests naturally move between togetherness and privacy without ever having to leave the grounds.

So intimate, it feels like home — even on your wedding day

Throughout the stay, the palace is simply your home — mornings by the fireplace, long conversations in the salon, quiet moments on the terrace, shared meals at the everyday table.

On the wedding day, the house gently shifts. The east wing opens up, the ballroom comes alive, and the celebration naturally spreads through spaces already familiar to you and your guests. Designed for intimate weddings of around 40 to 60 seated guests, the rooms flow easily into one another — nothing feels separate or staged.

Dinner, dancing, fresh air, and quiet moments all sit just steps apart.

Because everything happens within one lived-in place, you’re never managing guest flow or hidden logistics behind the scenes. You move through the day naturally — present, relaxed, and able to enjoy it alongside the people you love.

Cooking & Catering

The Palace at Osowa Sien is rented on a self-catered basis by design. That freedom is central to how weddings feel here.

Some couples bring a caterer for the wedding day and keep the rest of the stay relaxed and informal. Others cook together, host long breakfasts as one big family, or bring in a pizza team or BBQ for one of the evenings.

For more intimate weddings, many couples choose to include our Castle Feast for the main event — a long-table, seasonal dinner served family-style in the ballroom. When paired with the Feast, we can also support table florals and candle styling, keeping everything cohesive without adding complexity.

There’s no fixed schedule and no prescribed format. The celebration unfolds naturally — the way it should.

Ceremony & Celebration Flow

Most couples exchange vows either indoors in the west wing, with its tall windows and soft, warm-white interiors, or outdoors beneath the centuries-old oak near the palace entrance.

From there, the celebration flows effortlessly — from ceremony to terrace drinks, through the fireplace salon and main hall, and into the east-wing ballroom for dinner and dancing.

Wellness, Rest & the In-Between Moments

Because weddings here last more than a day, there’s room for rest — and couples love that.

Between celebrations, guests unwind in the Finnish sauna or outdoor hot tub, stretch in the wellness studio, take forest walks, or simply linger over hand-roasted coffee in the gardens. Some mornings are slow and quiet. Others turn into impromptu brunches that last half the day.

We encourage couples not to over-plan. Often it’s the unstructured hours — the conversations, the shared meals, the time spent together without an agenda — that people remember most.

Getting Here

Transportation

Many international couples choose The Palace at Osowa Sien for how straightforward the journey is for guests arriving from abroad. The estate is about one hour from Poznań (POZ) or Wrocław (WRO) airports, with easy connections via major European hubs, and a comfortable drive from Berlin (BER) or Warsaw (WAW).

Private transfers or group shuttles can be arranged directly from the airport to the palace, and there’s ample on-site parking for guests arriving by car.

"Palace Osowa Sien exceeded all expectations for our wedding weekend. They flawlessly managed every detail, from catering and florals to transportation. The property is stunning, complete with amenities like a yoga room and sauna, providing the perfect backdrop for our special day. Highly recommended for any event or getaway!"
